Privacy policy
Here is what personal data Webraketen processes when you visit the website or contact us, why we do it and what you can demand from us. Last changed 5 October 2026.
Who is the data controller?
Webraketen
Email: [email protected]
What data do we collect?
When you contact us. Name, email address, telephone number, address if you give it and what you write in the message. We use the data to reply to you and handle your case.
Legal basis: performing a contract with you, or a legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you have sent yourself. We process accounting records with the Accounting Act as the legal basis. You therefore do not have to consent for us to be able to answer you. Consent only applies to the measurement.
Retention period: enquiries that do not become assignments are deleted after 24 months. Records covered by the Accounting Act are kept for seven years.
When you visit the website. Which pages you view, roughly where you are based on the IP address, browser and type of device, and how you move between pages. We do not see who you are.
Legal basis: your consent. Without consent we count the visit anonymously and store nothing on your device.
You can change your choice at any time: .
Reminders of the move
What we save. If you sign up for reminders in Your move plan, we save your email address, your move date and the answers in the move plan (current and future residence, city and which agreements you have), when you signed up and confirmed, and which reminders have been sent. No other information.
Purpose. To email you a reminder when it is time for each step of the move. We send nothing else to the address and do not share it with anyone. The address and responses go to neither Städly nor to any removal company.
Legal basis. Your consent (article 6.1 a of the data protection regulation). You confirm it with the link in the first email; without confirmation, the registration is deleted after 48 hours.
How long. Until 14 days after the move date. Then the data is automatically deleted.
Recall. Each email has a link to end.
Who processes the data for us?
We never sell your data. These suppliers process it on our behalf, under data processing agreements:
| Supplier | Role | Processed in |
|---|---|---|
| Netlify | Web hosting and form reception | EU/USA (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) |
| PostHog | Visitor statistics | EU (Frankfurt) |
| Visitor statistics | EU/USA (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) | |
| Cloudflare (Turnstile) | Spam protection in the form | EU/USA (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) |
| Resend | Sends email: receipts for requests and reminders of the move | EU (Ireland) |
Who receives your enquiry?
This website passes on enquiries. If you submit the form, we pass your data on to the company that will do the work. That company then becomes an independent data controller for its own processing and is therefore not our data processor. What it does with the data afterwards is governed by its own privacy policy.
| Recipient | May receive |
|---|---|
| Städly Lokalvård AB | carries out move-out cleaning and contacts you: name, contact details, address, floor area of the home, desired date and message |
If you do not want us to pass your enquiry on, you can contact us directly instead of submitting the form. If the data has already been passed on, ask the recipient to delete it on their side and ask us to delete it on ours.
What can you demand from us?
- Find out what data we hold about you, and get a copy of it.
- Have incorrect data corrected.
- Have data deleted when we no longer need it.
- Object to processing that relies on legitimate interest.
- Request that the processing be restricted.
- Receive the data you have provided in a machine-readable format (data portability).
- Withdraw consent at any time. It does not affect what has already happened.
Email [email protected] and we will reply within one month. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can complain to Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
What happens when the policy changes?
When we change the policy, we update the date at the top. For bigger changes we ask for your consent again.
