Where do I report my move to Norway?
Within the Nordic countries, you do flyttanmälan (notification of change of address) in the country you are moving to, if you are going to live there for six months or more. In Norway, you book a time at a tax office for an ID check and bring your ID card, employment contract or study certificate. If your family is moving with you, everyone must be present at the visit. When you are registered in the population registration in Norway, you get a Norwegian birth number.
Skatteverket then registers you as having moved from Sweden on the day you are registered in the population registration in Norway. If you are going to be away for more than a year, you also submit the form Notification, moving from Sweden (SKV 7665) to Skatteverket. The e-service for moving from Sweden cannot be used when you move within the Nordic countries.

Where do I pay tax?
If you work in Norway, you usually pay tax on your salary in Norway. If you are registered in the population registration there, your employer retrieves your tax card electronically from the Skatteetaten. If you lack a Norwegian identity number, you apply for a tax card at the nearest tax office. If you still have income or a home in Sweden: read the guide on tax in Sweden after the move.

Försäkringskassan, pension and healthcare
Report your move to Försäkringskassan, which will assess whether you are still insured in Sweden. In general, you are socially insured in the country where you work, and without a job, in the country where you live. In Norway, you earn a pension when you are a member of the folketrygden. When you are registered in the population registration in Norway, you have the right to a fastlege, a general practitioner, and in case of acute need outside office hours, you contact the legevakten.

Moving goods, car and post
If you have lived abroad for a continuous period of at least one year, you can import most of your moving goods free of duty and tax. For certain goods, you submit a declaration to the Tolletaten. A foreign-registered car is imported with duty and tax, and you can get temporary permission to drive for up to 14 days when you move. You forward your post via the postal company in Sweden.
Norway is not in the EU, so your belongings must be declared for export when leaving Sweden, by you at a customs office or by the removal company. More in the guide on moving goods and customs.
