Where can the moving vehicle stand when the removal help loads in Gothenburg?
Loading and unloading are considered stopping, not parking, so the vehicle can stand while you carry. The city has no private parking permit for individuals, and a utility parking permit is not intended for a private move. When should the keys be handed over to the landlords in Gothenburg?
It differs between the companies, so plan your moving day according to your landlord. At Poseidon, the key must be handed over by 10 am on the moving day. Familjebostäder, Stena Fastigheter and Willhem want the keys by 12 pm on the first weekday after the contract has expired, and Wallenstam by 12 pm on the first weekday of the month after the end date. Bostadsbolaget states 12 pm on the same day as the agreement ends on the web but another day in its moving brochure, so ask them what applies.

Does the removal lorry pay congestion tax in Gothenburg?
On weekdays, yes. The lorry pays when it passes a payment station into or out of central Gothenburg: 9 kronor between 8.30 and 14.59 and 22 kronor during rush hour, and a maximum of 60 kronor per day. If it passes several stations within an hour, only the highest amount is paid. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are free.
