Who gets my request?
Städly Lokalvård AB, reg. no. 559444-2955. It is the only one that receives requests from the site, and the request covers only move-out cleaning, never removal help. Städly receives what you fill in: name, contact details, address, the size of the home, preferred date and your message. Städly then contacts you with a price.
Who does the move-out cleaning?
Städly. It is Städly who provides the price, agrees with you on what is included, cleans and sends the invoice where RUT is already deducted. Städly's published price for move-out cleaning is from 30 kr per square meter after RUT tax deduction and from 60 kr before, checked October 2026. Webraketen does not clean, so questions about booking, price or the cleaning itself are directed to Städly.
How were the removal companies chosen?
Webraketen has chosen the removal companies (Guldhedens Flytt, Flyttdax and Västsvenska Flyttbyrån) and the storage providers (Shurgard, Green Storage and Mitt Lager).
We recommend removal companies that have an office or address in the municipality of Gothenburg, a rating of at least 4.5 on Google from at least 100 reviews, entries in Transportstyrelsen's register of traffic permits and an F-skatt certificate. The company must offer the RUT tax deduction on the move. We prefer companies that publish prices, and local companies over chains that only have a local page for Gothenburg.
What we have checked at each one is on the pages about removal companies and storage, with source and date (2 October 2026). In each category our favourite comes first, with the reason stated, and the others are in alphabetical order. Nobody pays to be listed.
How is my personal data handled?
Webraketen is the data controller for the site. The data you send is used to pass on your request to Städly, which needs it to give a price and contact you. The privacy policy states what data is collected, why, how long it is kept and what rights you have.
How do I get a price for move-out cleaning?
Send the form in step 6, and Städly will contact you with a price.

Is my data sent to anyone other than Städly?
No, nobody else gets it, not even the removal companies. The request goes to Städly Lokalvård AB. Webraketen, which runs the site, handles the request on the way there. You can read more in the privacy policy.
How do I remove my data?
Email Webraketen at [email protected] and ask for your data to be deleted. Your rights and how long the data is kept are described in the privacy policy.
