Does it cost to leave at the return point in Norrköping?

No. If you live or have a holiday home in Norrköping municipality, the visits are included in the household's waste subscription. What is the mobile return point?

A manned return point in mini format that visits different places in the municipality, five hours per occasion. There you leave sorted bulky waste, hazardous waste and electrical waste, and in the reuse container you can both leave and pick up things for free. It is for what you can carry or take on a bike. If you need a car, Nodra refers to the regular return points. Places and times are stated in Nodra's app, where you can get a reminder two days in advance.

Can Nodra collect bulky waste?

If you live in a rental apartment or tenant-owned apartment, contact the landlord, who should ensure that you can leave bulk waste near the house. The landlord can order collection or a container from Nodra. A container should be placed on a hard surface, and the person ordering is responsible for the condition of placing it.

What does Returpunkt Norrköping accept?

The recycling centre accepts, among other things, asbestos, batteries, concrete and tiles, books, tyres, electrical waste, hazardous waste, plaster, hard plastic, impregnated wood, refrigerators and freezers, pallets, light sources, cooking fat, metal, branches and twigs, textiles, wood, and cardboard. Leave whole and clean items in the recycling containers first. Household waste, i.e. food and residual waste, is not accepted. Fireworks, gas cylinders and diving cylinders are handed in to a retailer, and explosives and ammunition to the police after calling. Excavated masses are accepted by a contractor. Asbestos and hazardous waste from companies are not accepted by Nodra.

What should I consider when driving bulky waste to the recycling centre in Norrköping?

Sort out your waste before you leave, so it goes faster to leave. Arrive in good time before closing so that you have time to unload. The staff are not allowed to carry or lift for you, so bring your own help. Secure the load so that nothing sticks out or falls off. If you come in a lorry that is registered to a company, you can leave leftover building materials to Ge & ta without cost, if you take the shortcut to the left after the recycling stations and the deposit machine. If you drive straight ahead along the plank, you will receive an invoice for the visit.

Our advice is to sort out what you are not taking with you when you start packing, and take it to a recycling centre before moving day. Then the removal company only carries and drives what is coming along, and the working time gets shorter.
