As a private person in the municipality, you can leave bulk waste without extra cost, since it is included in the basic fee. Empty bags and boxes into the right container. Vehicles weighing more than 3.5 tons are referred to the waste facility Moskogen. Melltorp is staffed only on Mondays and Fridays from 9 to 13. The rest of the time it is self-service: after a brief training, you are registered and use your driving licence as a key to the gate.

Resident parking is available on Kvarnholmen, Malmen, Norrgård, Bremerlyckan, Gamla stan and Ängö.
