Where can the moving truck stand when the removal help is loading in Örebro?
The council wants the removal lorry to be on a loading bay. Where parking is prohibited, the lorry can still stay as long as it is being loaded or unloaded. If the lorry needs to go on a pedestrian and cycle path, you need to apply for a permit from the council, and the permit is valid for one occasion and a maximum of 8 hours. A container on the council's land is a different matter: then you need to apply for a permit from the Police Authority, which charges 990 kr for the application, and the council charges a site rental fee. If the container affects traffic, a traffic management plan is also required.

What does the removal help need to know about moving out from ÖBO?
ÖBO carries out a move-out inspection within five working days of the notice of termination. For this, items that belong to the flat, such as interior doors, hat rack and fixed lighting, should be back in place. The cleaning and final inspection should be booked no later than three weeks before the move-out date, on 019-19 42 00 or [email protected]. This is only done when the flat and its spaces are empty and cleaned, so the removal help needs to be finished well before that time. If you hire a cleaning company, ÖBO wants them to leave a business card in the flat.

How did you choose the companies in Örebro?
an office or address in Örebro municipality, at least 4.5 on Google from at least 50 reviews (lowered from 100, see above), a match in Transportstyrelsen's register, F-tax, the RUT tax deduction on the move. Published prices count in a company's favour.
With 100 reviews, only one removal company in the municipality met the requirement, so the threshold is lowered to 50. Only Flytteliten meets all the other requirements. The other two have a gap, which is stated under each company.
