Where can the removal van stand when the removal help is loading in Sundsvall?
The municipality does not write about a removal van that is only loading, but has a rule for things that stand on the street for a short time. A container on street land for a maximum of half a day may require a dispensation from the local traffic regulations. The dispensation costs 970 kronor, and the application must be submitted at least five working days in advance. If the container is to stand for longer than half a day, it is considered as allocation of public space, and then you apply for a permit from the police for 990 kronor. We have not found any residential parking on the municipality's parking pages, so ask the landlord about parking at the new address.

When should the move be completed at Mitthem and Heimstaden?
Mitthem is the municipality's largest landlord. The final inspection is carried out there when the apartment is empty and move-out cleaned, and you contact Mitthem about two weeks before moving out to book it. The removal help must therefore be ready before the inspection, not just before the last day. At Heimstaden, the keys must be returned by 10 am on the moving-out day, so the belongings must be out the evening before or early in the morning.
